Ownership and Rights

License Granted : By uploading, you grant Audionik a non-exclusive license to distribute, sub-license, and monetize your content on your behalf across global streaming and social platforms.
Content Distribution

Global Reach : We deliver your tracks to platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, JioSaavn, Gaana, Wynk, and more.

One Upload Policy : One upload from you is delivered to over 50 music and video platforms worldwide.

Content ID : We use digital rights tools and YouTube Content ID to protect and monetize your music across the internet.
Artist Obligations

Originality : You warrant that all music, lyrics, and artwork uploaded are original and do not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Metadata Accuracy : You are responsible for providing accurate song titles, credits, and language information (supporting Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, and other regional languages).
Payments and Monetization

Revenue Tracking: Audionik tracks revenue from streaming, YouTube, social platforms, and caller tunes.

Fair Payouts: We provide clear and fair monetization with no hidden terms or confusing processes.

Transparent Reporting : All earnings are tracked and displayed in your personal dashboard.
Support and Communication
Real Human Support: When you need assistance, real people will respond to your queries, not automated bots.
Termination
Freedom of Movement: As you keep full ownership, you have the freedom to manage your work. You may request to take down your music from distribution at any time, subject to the processing times of individual stores.
